The Kelvin Hall in GlasgowScotland
Fergmann Window Solutions Ltd started work here in late August 2014. Our work here included the removal and refurbishment of all sash and case, casement and arched-head windows. All windows were brought back to our workshop and completely stripped of paint to expose all necessary repairs, thereafter, the existing glass was carefully removed and set aside to be refitted. The next stage was to carry out all extensive repairs, re-glaze and re-fit sashes to frames. The refurbishment was completed once all windows were taken to a fully painted finish according to specific paint specifications. Using all traditional joinery methods, we replaced with new sash and case, casement and arched-head windows to a like for like basis. All windows were fully re-fitted by spring 2016.
